Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy (United States)

While accessing, using, browsing or make booking through AiRnWingS, Users must accept that they are agreed to the terms and conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, AiRnWingS reserve all the rights for taking any legal actions against them.

Payment Policy

• In Invoice, all prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD)
• Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Bank/Wire Transfer, and other approved gateways.
• Unless otherwise specified in your invoice or written offer, full payment is due at the time of booking.
• Applicable taxes, surcharges, resort or city fees, and third-party processing fees (if any) will be disclosed prior to payment.

Authorized Email Requirement (USD Payments)

For all payments made in USD, the primary guest must send an authorized email from their registered email address confirming the booking details and amount. Booking is considered confirmed only after both (i) receipt of the authorized email and (ii) successful payment verification.

If the authorized email is not received, AiRnWingS may withhold, cancel, or refund the payment until proper confirmation is obtained.

Refund Policy

• Non-refundable: visa/immigration services; government or third-party processing fees; customized holiday packages once confirmed.
• Partially refundable (as per supplier rules): airline tickets, hotel reservations, tour components.
• Where eligible, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 U.S. business days after approval.
• Administrative or cancellation fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of cancellation.
• If services are partially utilized, prorated refunds may be issued at AiRnWingS’ discretion, subject to supplier terms.

Cancellation Policy

• Submit cancellation requests in writing from the registered guest email address.
• Cancellation charges are governed by supplier fare/rate rules (airlines, hotels, tour operators).

General Guidelines (subject to supplier terms)

• AiRnWingS.com, as being a reputed and responsible travel agency, provides you the best possible information about the hotels, airlines, transportation, and railways. However, it is advised to all the clients to make a personal inquiry to avoid any confusion
• 30+ days before travel: up to 80–90% refundable after fees.
• 15–29 days before travel: up to 50% refundable after fees.
• < 14 days before travel: non-refundable.
• No-shows or failure to use services: non-refundable.

Online booking – Term & Condition:-

• Please note online rates are Dynamic and subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation, rates may be changed.

Changes & Rescheduling

• Modification requests must be sent via authorized email from the registered guest.
• All changes are subject to availability and supplier rules and may incur change fees plus any fare/rate difference.

Authentication & Verification (USD Payments)

• AiRnWingS may request additional verification (government ID or passport copy, credit card authorization form) to protect against fraud.
• Failure to complete verification may delay confirmation or result in cancellation and refund.

This Policy applies to bookings processed in the United States and is read together with the specific supplier terms on your itinerary. Where a conflict exists, supplier rules prevail for that component. AiRnWingS may update this Policy at any time; the version posted on our website at the time of booking will apply.
