“Agreement between the Clients & AiRnWingS”

 While accessing, using, browsing or making a booking through AiRnWingS, Users must accept that they are agreed to the terms and conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, AiRnWingS reserve all the rights for taking any legal actions against them.

Booking Policy(updated on 25 July 2017):-

The total price displayed on the site or quote includes all applicable government taxes apart from any local taxes (Tourism Dirham, Cess Tax, and Gratuities) that must be borne by the traveller at the Hotel or Cruise Counters.

  • In case of an increase in the fare in the issuance of the Air ticket, due to airlines, a miscalculation in the amount due to server error and from the bank’s payment gateway issue then AiRnWingS reserves the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as Cancellation Charges. The difference of amount should be paid to AiRnWingS, after the communication from AiRnWingS to avoid any discomfort.
  • You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • To get an infant’s ticket issued, the age of the infant must be below 2 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they are checking in and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. If the age of the infant is 24 months or above, then you need to book a separate booking as a child.
  • To get any child ticket issued, the age of the child must in between 2-12 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they are checking in, and remember that the child must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old
  • All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier.
  • The company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from the airline’s end.
  • If the ticket is cancelled directly from the airline’s website, office or call centre, the customer needs to inform AiRnWingS.com for the refund to be processed. Please note that AiRnWingS.com do not get any alert from airlines directly.

Flight Amendment & Cancellation Policy:-

  • Every booking made on AiRnWingS is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class.
  • AiRnWingS levies a negligible amount of Rs.1200 per passenger for domestic and Rs. 2200 per passenger for international air tickets as Service Charges.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.
  • Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.
  • Cancellations can be made by sending an email (bookings@airnwings.com) to AiRnWingS
  • We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In a few cases, you need to contact the airline directly.
  • Amendment charges on AiRnWingS are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.
  • To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, AiRnWingS recommends customers contact directly to the airline and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.
  • In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges. AiRnWingS service charge/fee will be always non-refundable. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don’t entertain any cancellation request.
  • If the Flight Ticket is issued and handover to the Client / Customer then the Customer has to approach the airline directly regarding the refund or further information, as we are a services provider.
  • In the case of a No-show, the refund amount entirely depends upon the airlines. AiRnWingS has nothing to do with the refund amount. AiRnWingS will refund the same amount to the customer, which we receive from airlines in case of No-Show. Only AiRnWingS Service Charges will be applicable.
  • In case of direct cancellation through airlines due to any reason then we will provide the alternate option if available and the difference amount is borne by the traveller. AiRnWingS are not responsible for flight cancellation or measuring schedule change.

Holidays Tour Package Amendment & Cancellation Policy:-

  • For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, the initial deposit amount or 35% of the tour cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 29 days to 20 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done within 19 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply, and you will receive no refunds.
  • No shows (Not informed): 100% of the package price would be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation may change according to the hotel cancellation policy.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa has been applied.
  • GST, Payment Gateway charges, Token Amount (Holding amount of services + Remittance Charges* up to US$ 75/* or as per Currency Conversion- If its International Holiday Packages) and AiRnWingS Service Fee will be Non-refundable (i.e. Rs 4000/Person.
  • Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per the total booking amount, irrespective of whether the full booking amount has been paid or not (Flight Ticket + Land Part).
  • Once the amendment done then the complete package will be non-refundable, in case of cancellation or normal cancellation applicable as per ANW & DMC policy.
  • For Flights/Trains/Buses, the cancellation will be as per the cancellation policy of Airlines/Train/Transport respectively.
  • Please note: – Flight /Train Ticket, Hotel rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation

Refunds in cases where Airlines/Hotel is declared as insolvent or bankrupt:-

  • AiRnWingS shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent
  • The customers or clients or agents shall not hold the AiRnWingS liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of the ticket in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent.
  • Based on assurity given by airlines/hotels/suppliers, AiRnWingS may sometimes refund the amount to the customer, but AiRnWingS reserves the right to recover the refunded amount in event of Airlines/hotels getting shuttled down/non-operational/bankrupt.
  • In the event of circumstances/situations such as road blockage due to strike /agitation, natural calamities, sickness evacuation, any pandemic, delay/cancellation of train/flight etcAlso, due to monsoon rains and extreme weather patterns, journey time can vary enormously at all times of the year, which is beyond our control and additional expenses incurred due to these reasons must be borne by the Traveller only. AiRnWingS will charge a service fee i.e. Rs. 4000/Person as per norms. 
  • If holiday package cancelled without complete payment then complete package is non-refundable or cancellation applicable as per DMC/Hotel policy. AiRnWingS will adjust the cancellation amount from partial amount paid by Customer.
  • If there is any refund or dispute, AiRnWingS will verify all details and then act accordingly.
  • Refund will be initiated within 7 to 22 working days or as per Supplier T&C (That may be up to 180 days) or provide a Credit Note
  • In Refund, GST, Govt Tax, Payment Gateways charge & Agency services fee will not refund.
  • If Govt Taxes are applicable in a refund, then they will deduct from the refund amount.
  • Refund amounts depend on Supplier T&C. AiRnWingS will be charged only services fee from the refund amount.

Visa Guidelines:-

  • Please carry an applicable visa for the respective country you are visiting or transiting through.
  • Please check out the concerned airline and embassy for Visa related requirements. AiRnWingS will not be responsible regarding Visa related issues.
  • AiRnWingS only guide you regarding your Visa related enquiry. If AiRnWingS issued the Visa on behalf of Customers then customers need to re-check the same from the embassy or online.

General Terms:-

  • AiRnWingS.com, as being a reputed and responsible travel agency, provides you with the best possible information about hotels, airlines, transportation, and railways. However, it is advised to all the clients to make a personal inquiry to avoid any confusion & mess.
  • We are not responsible for any delay & alteration in your trip due to unavoidable circumstances, which can be anything.
  • We are not responsible for any damage, loss or injury made during enjoying the holiday packages provided by us. You are accountable for your own safety measures.
  • We are also not accountable for any human error that goes unnoticed by the clients and our staff.
  • Above rates are subject to availability, 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets while doing flight ticket if the price varies, then the same shall be borne by the traveller or any alternate option will be advised, if available.
  • Date of travel change, or any other change requested by the traveller after confirmed booking, depends on availability, and if any price change happens to be borne by traveller only.
  • In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as are mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the price if any will be advised and be borne by the traveller. If the Passenger cancelled the booking due to the non-availability of rooms or tickets, then the cancellation policy is applicable. If the package is cancelled by us, then Passenger will get the full refund apart from GST/Payment Gateway/Govt. Tax.

Online booking – Term & Condition:-

  • Please note online rates are Dynamic and subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation, rates may be changed.
  • Once you have done the complete payment, you will receive a confirmation call from Booking Team Dept. to re-confirm your package.
  • The booking Team recheck the availability of Flight Ticket & Hotel Rooms.
  • Before issuing the Trip Voucher you will receive the email for go-head.

If Lockdown Imposed / Tested Covid Positive Before Travel(updated on 01-Jun-2020)

  1. Credit Note is a flexibility provided to customers who fall under the cancellation window and can be exempted from cancellation charges by taking credit notes for future travel to that Destination.
  2. Credit Note will be provided to customers whose state/city/town has imposed Lockdown after deducting charges of Rs.4000 Per Person + Payment Gateway Charges + Govt Tax if Applicable or Token Amount.
  3. Credit Note will be provided to customers who have been tested positive after deducting charges of Rs.4000 Per Person + Payment Gateway Charges + Govt Tax if Applicable  or Token Amount.
  4. If the Flight Ticket is issued and handover to the Client / Customer then the Customer has to approach the airline directly regarding the refund or further information, as we are a services provider.
  5. Credit Note provided can be used by the customer only. Once the amendment done then the complete package non-refundable, in case of cancellation.
  6. Necessary Reports/Document to be submitted to avail Credit Note by Customer
  7. If Holiday Package (flight + hotel & Land Part) is booked with us then only a credit note will be issued in the case of a COVID-19. AiRnWingS can deduct the cancellation as per DMC T&C in case of cancellation of Credit Note.
  8. The Credit Note will be provided to all customers who fall under the cancellation policy and credit note totally non-refundbale. Credit Note should be used with the credit vaildity after that its totally non-refundable and AiRnWingS is not responsible for that. 

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to revise the Policy from time to time to suit various legal, business and customer requirement. We will duly notify the users as may be necessary.
